I had a leaking water heater and called Murley. In less than hour the owner was here and gave me a price on a new one. I felt it was reasonable and okayed the work. He said his crew would most likely be out that afternoon which was okay with me. He left but was back in less than 30 minutes. He said he decided to start taking the old one out. Just after he finished getting it out his crew arrived with the new heater. They promptly had it installed and I had hot water. If I need a plumber again I will surely call them.

Penny and her team helped me when I needed them the most. I was out of town on business and my wife and children woke up to a busted pipe and water shut off.
